About Me

I am now a Ph.D student in the Department of Computer Science at Virginia Tech. My research advisor is Dr. Chandan Reddy. My research interests include data mining and machine learning. I am now working on recommender system, generative models, matrix factorization, tensor factorization and word embeding.

Before that, I have received a Ph.D degree in chemistry from Wayne State University. My research interest includes: Wave-function analysis and visualization, excited-state non-adiabatic molecular dynamics and exciton scattering approach. My advisor was Dr. Vladimir Chernyak.
